Yes, we do. When we say 24/7/365, we mean it. Our support team is staffed around the clock, every day of the year, including holidays and weekends. When you call Alextricity Technologies at 2 AM on Christmas morning, a real human being answers the phone — not an answering service or chatbot. We built our company this way because technology problems do not wait for business hours, and neither should your IT support.

What areas do you serve?

Our headquarters is located in downtown Cabool, Missouri, in a 5,100-square-foot facility. We provide on-site support throughout the Ozarks region, including Texas County, Wright County, Laclede County, Pulaski County, Phelps County, Dent County, Shannon County, Douglas County, Webster County, and surrounding areas. For remote support, monitoring, and managed services, we serve clients regardless of location.

How is your pricing structured?

We offer two primary pricing models depending on your needs. Our managed services plans use flat-rate monthly pricing, which means you pay a predictable amount each month and we handle your IT needs without surprise bills or hourly charges. For one-time projects such as network installations, office buildouts, or system migrations, we provide project-based quotes with clearly defined scopes and costs. We are happy to discuss pricing during an initial consultation to find the right fit for your business.

Do you work with residential customers?

Yes, we do. While the majority of our work is with businesses, approximately 5% of our client base is residential and home office users. We help individuals with computer repairs, home network setup and troubleshooting, virus and malware removal, data recovery, and general technology support. Whether you are a business owner or a homeowner, we are happy to help.

What makes Alextricity Technologies different from other IT companies?

Several things set us apart. First, everything we do is handled in-house — we do not outsource your support to overseas call centers or third-party contractors. Second, we offer true 24/7/365 support with real human beings, not just during business hours. Third, we perform board-level electronics repair in our facility, which means we can diagnose and fix problems that other companies would simply replace. Can you repair electronics at the board level?

Yes. Our technicians perform board-level diagnostics and repair, including BGA rework, chip-level soldering, and component replacement. This means we can often repair devices that other shops would declare unrepairable or recommend replacing entirely. This capability is especially valuable for specialized or expensive equipment where replacement is not practical or cost-effective.

Yes. While we handle a great deal of support remotely through our monitoring and management tools, we provide on-site support throughout the Ozarks region whenever hands-on work is needed. Whether it is a network installation, hardware replacement, or a problem that cannot be resolved remotely, our technicians come to your location to get the job done.

Are you an internet provider?

Yes, Alextricity Technologies is an internet service provider (ISP). We are also a managed service provider (MSP), which means we manage and support your IT infrastructure, networks, security, and technology systems. We work with whatever ISP is available in your area to optimize your connectivity – or bring the internet to you. We are one text or call away!
