When Alextricity Technologies relocated to Downtown Cabool in October 2019, we did not just find a bigger office. We built a technology center capable of supporting the full scope of our operations — from component-level electronics repair to datacenter infrastructure hosting. At 5,100 square feet, our facility is one of the most comprehensively equipped independent IT operations in the Ozarks region.
This is not typical for a managed service provider. Most MSPs operate from a small office suite with a few desks and a closet server. Our facility exists because our service model demands it. When we say we handle everything in-house, the building is the proof.
Datacenter Infrastructure
Our on-site datacenter houses the server and networking infrastructure that powers our managed services, client backups, hosted solutions, and internal operations. Climate controlled, UPS protected, and monitored around the clock — this is the backbone that makes our 24/7/365 service commitment possible.
Technician Bays
Multiple dedicated workstations allow our technicians to work on several projects simultaneously. Laptops, desktops, servers, and networking equipment are diagnosed, repaired, configured, and tested in a controlled environment before being deployed or returned to clients.
Board-Level Repair Station
Equipped with professional hot air rework stations, precision soldering tools, BGA reballing equipment, diagnostic multimeters, and thermal imaging — our electronics repair station handles component-level work that most IT companies cannot even attempt. This is where we repair what others replace.
Staging & Configuration Area
New equipment is unpacked, imaged, configured, tested, and documented before it ever reaches a client site. Workstations, servers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points are all set up in our staging area so deployments are fast, clean, and free of surprises.
Parts Inventory
An extensive inventory of components, replacement parts, cables, drives, memory, displays, and common repair parts allows us to complete most repairs same-day. As direct resellers through D&H and TD Synnex, we also maintain quick access to Dell, HP, Lenovo, and other OEM parts when specialized components are needed.
Custom Build Workshop
For clients who need purpose-built machines — high-performance workstations, specialized servers, or systems configured for specific industry applications — our workshop handles custom builds from component selection through assembly, testing, and deployment.
